If you are making a reservation that is part of a wedding block or group block, please have your Group Block Access Code ready and click on Book a Room. You will have to enter this code on the form in order to access room inventory and rates for the event.

Where can I find my Access Code?

Each Wedding Block has it's own access code which is sent to wedding guests by the bride & groom as part of the Wedding Invitation Package or Event Package. The Group Block Access Code starts with the letters BEO and ends with 4 numbers (Example: BEO1234).

Enter the code in the reservation form exactly as shown in your correspondance.

I lost my Access Code. How can I retrieve it?
